Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

Returning goods
All our products are quality control checked before leaving the factory but in the event of any item being anything less than perfect the item will be replaced. Intimate products may not be returned except in the case of manufacturers defects. In this case we will replace damaged or irregular items as soon as possible.
TBOSA will extend a credit for returned merchandise towards another purchase for items accepted for return. In the case of manufacturers defects the customer can request a refund or exchange for other items. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original packaging and labels intact and returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. TBOSA will not be responsible for any costs of returning damaged items to TBOSA.

Sale items are only eligible for exchange or refund if there is a manufacturing defect with the product. TBOSA will not exchange or refund sale items for any other reason. Errors in orders should be identified to TBOSA within 10 working days of receipt of goods. Claims made after 10 working days may not be honoured.
Delivery
TBOSA aim to deliver orders in 5-7 working days Standard Delivery (sent via Royal Mail). Any orders received after 12.00pm will be processed the following working day. Express UK delivery is available for an additional charge and is guaranteed within 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays).
Country Specific Import Duties
The customer is responsible for knowing the import duties and charges that may be incurred when purchasing products internationally and having them delivered to their own country. TBOSA is in no way responsible for any import duties or charges made by customs in the customer's country of residence (each country has differing tax import duty thresholds).
